Returning to Witches Night Bazaar on Friday, September 13th. Full vendor form. Thanks to @thepentaclepath & @hedgewitchholistics for having me back.
“The Witches Night Bazaar is a semi-annual event, bringing together a curated selection of fine artists and local merchants specializing in jewelry, fine art, herbalism, self-care, and esoteric wares. The Bazaar also hosts tarot readers, metaphysical workers, body artists, musical performances and a selection of local cuisine. A communal ritual ensues at midnight.”

Had an excellent commission to do art & design for @odditiesfleamarket. For this one I utilized various photos from projects taken over the last few months. Including bones from @iamthedestroyer personal collection. Also going back to my origins manipulating late 19th century portraiture. Thanks to @ryanmatthewcohn & @reginamariecohn for the opportunity. Really looking forward to meeting you both in the flesh.

The T-shirt will be available in Chicago @stanmansion for their first event in that city.

I will be there in full vendor form both days August 24th and 25th (three weeks away). Pre-sale admission tickets are on sale now but running low. Make haste.

I have long admired the work of Handsome Devils Puppets and am excited for the opportunity to bring the performance here to Detroit.
Red Devil Made This (thanks for all the help) and I will be hosting at The Plex inside PizzaPlex This was all confirmed somewhat last minute but happening none the less.

It is done.
Everyone came together, packed up and out the entire business in just three short days. Leaving that shell in better condition than when found just over four years ago.

There is nothing that can be said that hasn’t already. So in reflection, I’m just incredibly appreciative and humbled to be a part of it all since the beginning. Jason inviting me in December of 2014 to meet with Ian, Dominic and Andrew about bottle and can art/ design for a new venture they were embarking on. Later evolving into something much more. An assemblage of daring, bold, full-hearted individuals facing down mediocrity without blinking.

Infinite thanks to the crew/ family @cellarmens for taking a chance on me and allowing me the opportunity to experiment, anyone that patroned the place (even if just once), the bands, artists… so many friendships forged in the fires of that building.

Special thanks to @snafu_detroit, @sixkillsnine, @slobtheband @wearebehindthetimes and my band mates in @fellruin for donating your time and tying it off proper this past Saturday. It was cathartic to scream at that ceiling one final time.

If you pre-ordered a “Mead is Dead” shirt but were unable to pick up this past weekend, get in touch and we will get it to you.

There was a decent handful of pieces adorning the walls that sold in the final weeks, but if there was something you were interested in please inquire.

The world is full of talk and ideas. Rarely do those ideas manifest into action. To walk amongst those who do the thing and see it through is a treacherous road with little to no reward, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
